A Town of Old Streets and New Growth
Caldwell is the Canyon County seat and has an older core that includes the College of Idaho and downtown streets with homes that have been standing a long time. Around that, the town keeps spreading into new subdivisions and onto former farm ground. We work in both. In older areas that's demolition, driveway removal, sewer line trenching and foundation excavation. In newer areas it's site grading, excavation for driveways and utility trenches.
